About Us

Insights Psychology is a niche Psychology service in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, serving children, adolescents, and adults. We offer personalised in-person and online services consisting of individual therapy, parent consultation and coaching, and psychotherapy for personal growth. We aim to be a culturally-sensitive resource for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition, AD/HD, mood disorders, and those having difficulties with identity and meaning.

Mental Health Screening

Try out our unique Mental Health Screening session, by selecting 1 of 4 options, including Depression and Anxiety screening, Strengths and Difficulties (for children and teens), Personality Profile, or Autism/ ADHD screening. We also have packages available for those who would like to learn more, combine 2 options to get an affordable price!

Parent Consultation and Training

Speak to our Australia-registered Psychologist about your child's development, emotional regulation and behaviour challenges or discuss parenting skills.

Adult Psychotherapy

Our Psychologist takes pride in providing caring and excellent support for adults with common mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, and also individuals with neurodivergent presentations, such as Autistic men and women, those diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and those with intellectual disability and co-occuring conditions.
