Referrers
If you are a doctor, general practitioner, or other mental health or allied health professional, we appreciate if referral letter, summarising the patient/client's current concerns and reason for referral. This will assist the psychologist in the intake process.
Client may self-refer for services. If there is no need for written letter, i.e., the presenting concern is brief, you may pass our website with contact details to the client to book an appointment themselves.
